按揉委中穴对脑愉悦回路的影响 被引量:28

摘要 目的:观察按揉委中穴对脑愉悦回路的影响。方法:应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术观察按揉6例正常人左侧委中穴前后脑内愉悦回路核团的信号变化。结果:按揉委中穴可引起脑内愉悦回路双侧杏仁核、双侧下丘脑和右侧伏隔核的信号明显升高(P〈0.05-0.01)。结论:按揉委中穴可兴奋脑内愉悦回路的核团,从而产生愉悦效应,这可能是推拿作用的中枢机制之一。 Objective: To study the effects of kneading Weizhong (BL 40) acupoint on brain reward circuitry. Methods: The functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technique was adopted to observe the signal changes of the nuclei of the brain reward circuitry in six healthy people receiving kneading manipulation at Weizhong (BL 40) acupoint. Results: Signals of the nuclei of the brain reward circuitry increase after kneading in bilateral amygdaloid nucleus and hypothalamus, and right nucleus accumbens septi(P〈0.05-0.01). Conclusion: Kneading Weizhong(BL 40) acupoint can excite the nuclei of the brain reward circuitry and hence produce pleasure effects, which may be one of the central mechanisms of Tuina therapy.
