多测度动态脑地形图技术与练功的意识活动研究 被引量:1

A Technology Based on Multi-Measure Dynamic Brain Electric Activity Mapping and Consciousness Character in Qigong Practice

摘要 人脑意识活动研究的关键之一是对脑电的合理解读与有效表达。针对目前脑地形图仪在意识活动研究方面的先天不足,创建多测度动态脑地形图技术。脑电解读除传统的功率谱分析外,还采用了复杂性与相关性分析,定性表达采用了多脑电测度的连续、同步回放,定量分析采用了不同意识任务的过程脑地形图及显著性概率地图。通过常态、练功、心算等意识任务的设置,对50例练功者进行研究发现:心算特征显著,表现为脑电的全脑规律性增加(尤见额区),相关性增强(尤其颞区),ERS效应明显;练功的基本特征是常态下的测度优势弱化,ERD效应明显,但以不同方式入静时的复杂性与相关性测度差异较大。 The key point of studying cerebral consciousness activities lies in both the reasonable reading and the effective expression. In the face of the natural shortcomings of current brain electric activity mapping (BEAM) for studying consciousness activities, we have established a kind of technology, which is called multi-measure dynamic BEAM. To read EEG by the analysis of both complexity and correlativity, and remain current analysis of power spectrum at one time, qualitative expression by dynamic BEAM and quantitative expression by the process BEAM. This technology has been used to study 50 people for different brain conscious activities, such as practicing Qigong and mental arithmetic. It has been indicated that mental arithmetic brings about obvious changes of EEG measure, such as both the regularity and correlativity rise in whole brain, especially in the forehead and the temple, ERS effect evidence. In practicing Qigong, EEG's measure predominance in general state reduces and ERD effect evidence, but there are bigger differences for EEG measure about both the complexity and the relativity if exercisers adopt different practice modes.
