δ阿片受体激动剂DADLE对犬心肺复苏后血流动力学的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对犬心肺复苏后应用δ阿片受体激动剂,观察血流动力学的改变,了解δ阿片受体激动剂在心肺复苏中所起的作用。方法把18只犬随机平均分成3组:对照组,CPR组,DADLE组。采用电击诱发室颤模型,3min后复苏,对DADLE组应用δ阿片受体激动剂-DADLE,检测各时段心率(HR)、动脉收缩压(SAP)、动脉舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压力(MAP)、心输出量(CO)、肺毛细血管楔压(PAWP)。结果DADLE组在室颤后15min内可见HR、SAP、DAP、MAP、CO有显著性下降(P<0.01),随着时间的延长各项指标均明显改善。实验结束时HR、SAP、DAP、MAP、PAWP与对照组比较差异无显著性。CO、SV与对照组比较仍有显著性降低(P<0.05),与CPR组比较也有显著性增高(P<0.01)。结论δ阿片受体激动剂可以显著改善CPR后心脏的收缩、舒张功能,提高心肌对缺血的耐受能力,改善复苏后的心脏功能。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of δ Opioid Receptor Agonist on the hemodynamic status in dogs after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. [Methods] Eighteen dogs were randomly divided into three groups: control group(n =6), CPR group(n =6), DADLE group(n =6). Ventricular fibrillation was induced by the external electricity. And dogs were preceded by a period of CPR in three minutes. And then, δ Opioid Receptor Agonist -DADLE was given in DADLE group. After that, HR, SAP, DAP, MAP, CO and PAWP were detected in different times. [Result] After ventricular fibrillation, HR, SAP, DAP, MAP and CO had sharply drop in fifteen minutes in DADLE group. With the time goes on, every quota had obviously improved. At the end of the examination, being compared with control group, HR, SAP, DAP, MAP and PAWP in DADLE group had no obvious difference. At the same time, CO and SV had sharply descent in DADLE group, but had notable increase comparing with CPR group. [Conclusion] δ Opioid Receptor Agonist obviously improved systolic and diastolic function after CPR, and improved the ability of tolerance of myocardial ischemia.
