大承气汤治疗内毒素性急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征免疫调节的分子机制研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 急性肺损伤(acute lungin jury,ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是临床上常见的呼吸道危重病症,也是全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)时最易出现的组织损伤。随着失控的炎症反应引发多器官功能障碍综合征(mutiple orguans disfunction syn-drome,MODS)学说的提出,人们对ALI/ARDS认识转向对炎症发生、调控的认识,参与炎症的炎症细胞和细胞因子则成为研究的热点。大承气汤对内毒素性急性肺损伤的炎症细胞和细胞因子细胞具有免疫调节作用,可从多水平、多靶点发挥治疗作用,在治疗ALI/ARDS具有广阔的应用前景。 Acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), which is a complex and devastating illness, could be resulted from various processes of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) that directly or indirectly injure the lung. Along with the advance of SIRS and MODS (mutiple orguans disfunction syndrome, MODS) research, the understanding on the ALI/ARDS had been turned into the understanding on the inflammation development and control. Now the research hotspot is focused on the inflammatory cells and cytokines. Dachengqi decoction can effect on the inflammatory cells and cytokines. It can play an important immunoregulation role on multiple levels and targets in rats with Endotox-induced ALI/ARDS. It possesses of extensive applicative value in the clinic treatment area.
