肺癌放射治疗致放射性肺炎的临床分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察肺癌患者的临床情况与放疗后放射性肺炎(RP)的关系。方法回顾性研究了105例行放射治疗的Ⅱ~Ⅲb期肺癌患者,分析其年龄、性别、临床分期、肿瘤位置、病理类型、化疗、手术、肺部疾病、放射治疗剂量及放射治疗机类型与RP发生率的关系。结果本组RP发生率为12.4%,女性高于男性;中心型低于周围型;单纯放射治疗者高于术后放射治疗者;合并有慢性肺部疾病者高于无肺部疾病者;采用6mV加速器放射治疗者低于^60Co机治疗者;放射治疗剂量与RP发生率正相关。而患者年龄、临床分期、病理类型、是否合并化疗与RP的发生率无明显关系。结论性别、肿瘤位置、手术、肺部疾病、放射治疗剂量及放射治疗机类型明显影响RP的发生。
