摘要
航改燃气轮机由于使用成熟的航空发动机的技术,与其他类型的动力装置相比,具有基本负荷和部分负荷简单循环效率高;起动快速,因而无起动而引起的运行时间损失;安装快速、简便,维护快捷、方便;关键部件无循环限制,有较高的装置耐用性;使用成本低,经济性好。从8O年代到9O年代,遄达、GE9O、PW4000、PS-9OA等大型航空发动机派生的第三代航改型燃气轮机,其功率范围扩大,并采用了许多新技术和新材料,使其可靠性、维修性和污染控制日臻完善,应用前景也更加广阔。
The aeroderivative gas turbine development started in the end of 1940s. The gas turbine engine was used for the electric power generation, mechanical drives and marine propulsion in 1960s. Now the GE90, Trent, PW4000 and PS - 90A engines were changed into the third generation areoderivative gas turbine. The paper mainly describes the applications and new technologies about the engine.
