栝蒌薤白类方治疗胸痹心痛的实验研究

目的从实验学角度进一步揭示栝蒌薤白白酒汤、栝蒌薤白半夏汤及枳实薤白桂枝汤不同配伍对心肌缺血、缺氧时指标影响的客观依据。方法采用异丙肾上腺素致小鼠常压缺氧模型,对比三方耐缺氧时间。采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血模型,观察三方心电图T波变化百分率及对血清乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量的影响。结果栝蒌薤白类方均有延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间的作用,但栝蒌薤白白酒汤和栝蒌薤白半夏汤优于枳实薤白桂枝汤。栝萎薤白类方均有对抗急性心肌缺血的趋势,其中枳实薤白桂枝汤的作用明显;而对心肌酶三方均有降低趋势;在对过氧化物的影响中,枳实薤白桂枝汤的作用明显优于栝蒌薤白白酒汤和栝蒌薤白半夏汤。结论栝蒌薤白类方均有抗急性心肌缺血和缺氧的作用,栝蒌薤白白酒汤和栝蒌薤白半夏汤的抗缺氧作用明显优于枳实薤白桂枝汤;而枳实薤白桂枝汤的抗氧化作用明显优于栝蒌薤白白酒汤和栝蒌薤白半夏汤。

Rat models of acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin sublingual vein injected were adopted to observe electrocardiogram T wave changing percentage of Gualou Xiebai kind prescriptions and the influence of Gualou Xiebai kind prescriptions on serum contents of lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde, Results Gualou Xiebai kind prescriptions all had the action of lengthening mouse enduring anoxia time under normal pressure, but Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction were superior to Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction, Gualou Xiebai kind prescriptions all had the tendency of anti - acute myocardial ischemia, among the total the action of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction was obvious, Gualou Xiebai kind prescriptions all had lowering tendency on myocardium zymogram, On the influence of peroxide, the action of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction was obviously superior to that of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction. Conclusion Gualou Xiebai kind prescriptions all have the actions of anti - acute myocardial ischemia and anti - anoxia, The anti - anoxia actions of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction are obviously superior to that of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction, The antioxidation of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction is obviously superior to that of Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction.
