浅谈唐家山堰塞湖应急排险的安全管理

Brief introduction on safety construction management for risk-elimination of Tangjiashan Landslide Dam

在方圆不足1km2的堰塞体上,在人员数量多、机械设备多、安全隐患多、施工强度大、条件艰苦的情况下,创造了施工作业零伤亡的良好业绩。文中从安全制度建立、安全作业监督管控、安全观测与警戒、应急预案建立与完善等方面进行了阐述。

Within a limited construction site on the surface of the body of Tangjiashang landslide Dam, an outstanding achievement from the risk-elimination construction of the dam was obtained without any casualties under a hard condition of high construction intensity, crowded equipments and working staffs, large potential safety risk etc. ; for which the establishment of safety construction system, the supervision and control of safety construction, the relevant observation and monitoring, and furthermore, the making and improvement of the emergency plan concerned are described herein.
