普通生物学实验课教学改革探讨

Reform exploration in experiment teaching of general biology

普通生物学实验是我院面向生物工程专业本科生开设的基础实验课程,为了使学生在掌握好基本实验技能的基础上,充分发挥其学习的主观能动性,激发起学生学习的兴趣,全面提高学生的综合素质。就生物工程专业普通生物学实验的教材选择、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段及实验考核制度等方面进行的一些改革及取得的经验作以简单的介绍。

The practical teaching of general biology was a basic experiment course which was taught to undergraduate students of biological engineering major. In order to bring the subjective initiatives into full play, arouse the students＇ study interest and enhance the students＇ comprehensive quality on the basis of developing solid practice skill, some constructive atempts were made for general biology experiment course including selecting textbook ,teaching content, teaching methods ,teaching means and testing systems. The experience gained in the process was reported in this paper.
