健康教育在手足口病防控中的作用

Role of health education in prevention and control of HFMD

目的:控制手足口病疫情,防止爆发流行;方法:针对传染源、传播途径、易感人群和流行方式的健康教育活动;结果:由于手足口病传染源的控制难度大,完全切断传播途径有困难,人对引起手足口病的肠道病毒普遍易感等特点,采取以健康教育为主的防控措施是最有效、最经济、最科学的;结论:建德市采用有组织、有计划的健康教育活动来防控手足口病,起到事半功倍的作用。

Objective To control the epidemic situation of HFMD for prevention of its pandemic outbreak. Method Health education was carried out about infection source, route of transmission, susceptible population, and transmission style. Resultslt was difficult to cut down the transmission route of HFMD completely because of the difficulties in the infection source control. Health education must be the most effective, economic and scientific prevention measure in terms of people＇s susceptibility of HFMD intestinal virus. Conclusionslt proves effective to conduct well--arranged health education in Jiande city.
