吸烟与脑血流动力学改变的关系研究 被引量：2

摘要 吸烟作为脑卒中的行为危险因素，已成为当今公共卫生的重要问题之一^[1]。流行病学调查表明，吸烟发生脑卒中比不吸烟者高3倍，其中血流动力学的改变是导致脑卒中最主要的原因。本研究利用经颅多普勒超声技术（TCD）对200例吸烟者颅底动脉血流动力学进行检测，同时对受检动脉的脉动指数（PI值）及频谱形态的改变进行动态观察，客观地评价吸烟与血流动力学之间的关系。
