摘要
目的探讨普通高中生不同学年血清儿茶酚胺、皮质醇及白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6水平的变化。方法用放射免疫法和磁性分离酶联免疫法对328名普通高中学生不同学年的血样中的分泌代谢指标肾上腺素(N)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(CS)及免疫功能指标白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量进行测定,并与同时期职业高中生作对照组。结果普通高中学生随着高考时间临近,N、NE及cs值呈明显上升趋势,IL-2、IL-6则持续下降;高三时[N(268.5±119.5)pmol·L^-1,NE(1967.5±621.4)pmol·L^-1,CS(471.6±121.8)nmol·L^-1,IL-2(2.00±1.24)μg·L^-1,IL-6(0.193±0.06)μg·L^-1]与高二时比较(P〈0.01)、高一时比较(P〈0.01)及职高对照组比较(P〈0.01)各项生理指标均差异有显著性;高二时与高一时比较(t=1.96—2.52,P〈0.05)、与职高对照组比较(t=3.53—4.20,P〈0.01)各指标差异有显著性,高一时与职高对照组比较各指标差异无显著性(t=1.18—1.92,P〉0.05)。结论高三学生血浆N、NE及CS水平较高二时显著增高,而IL-2、IL-6水平显著下降。
Objective To observe the student' s endocrine metabolism in senior high school during different periods. Methods 328 senior middle school students in different periods were investigated and the blood concentration of adrenaline ( N ), norepinephrine ( NE ), cortisol ( CS), interleukin-2 ( IL-2 ), interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) were measured by radioimmunoassay and Magnetic Solid Phase Separation-Enzyme Immunoassay, and at the same time; students in vocational high school were contrasted. Results As the university entrance examination was coming, the values of N,NE and CS were apparently rising, while the values of IL-2 and IL-6 were going down. The biochemical index of the students in senior middle school in Grade Three[ N (268.5 ± 119.5 )pmol · L^-1, NE (1967.5 ±621.4)pmol · L^-1 ,CS(471.6 ± 121.8)nmol · L^-1,IL-2(2. 00 ± 1.24) μg · L^-1 ,IL-6(0. 193 ±0.06 ) μg · L^-1 ] and Grade Two (P 〈 0.01 ), Grade One (P 〈 0.01 ) and the control ( P 〈 0.01 ) all had significant differences. Grade Two and Grade One (t = 1.96 - 2.52 , P 〈 0.05 ), Grade Two and the control (t = 3.53 - 4.20 , P 〈 0.01 ) were different significantly, while Grade one and the control had no obvsious difference (t = 1.18- 1.92 , P 〉0.05). Conclusion N, NE, CS of the senior high school students in Grade Three were higher, while IL-2 and IL-6 were lower than that of the Grade Two.
