摘要
在桥梁工程以及钢结构建筑中经常遇到圆柱型构件的定位测量工作,本丈利用全站仪无反射目标的作业特点,采集圆柱横截面上的2点和圆柱面上另外1点三维坐标,通过建立桩固坐标系统来实现与工程坐标系统的转换,进而可以计算出桩的设计高程面的平面坐标、轴线的平面方位角和倾角,实现了对桩位的实时动态定位。在此基础上利用MATLAB语言编制了相应的程序,实现了全站仪测量数据的自动获取与定位数据的计算,通过试验对算法和程序进行了验证。
It is quite a common problem of cylindrical component positioning in bridge engineering and steel structure construction. In this paper, the non-reelecting target character of total station surveying technology is used to collect three dimension positions of 2 points on the cylindrical cross section and another one on the cylindrical section. Through defining a stake-fixed reference frame to realize transformation between project reference frames, the stake's plane position on the designed altitude surface and its axes' plane azimuth angle and obliquity can be calculated to realize real time dynamical stake positioning. A program utilized by Matlab language is developed based on the above method, which can automatically realize total station surveying and position data calculation. Experimentation is used to prove the mentioned algorithm and program.
