摘要
目的观察加味麻黄附子细辛汤治疗顽固性重症肌无力的临床疗效;方法对31例I型、ⅡA型顽固性重症肌无力患者采用加味麻黄附子细辛汤治疗,3个月后观察临床疗效。结果临床治愈19例,显效10例,有效2例,总有效率为100%。结论加味麻黄附子细辛汤治疗顽固性重症肌无力有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified ＂Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction＂ in the treatment of obstinate myasthenia gravis. Methods Thirty-one subjects were treated by this Decoction for three months. Results 19 cases were clinically cured, 10 cases markedly improved and 2 cases improved; the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Modified ＂Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction＂ has good effects on obstinate myasthenia gravis.
