红油膏联合下肢浅静脉腔内激光治疗臁疮62例

Treatment of 62 Cases of Ulcus Cruris by "Hongyou Plaster" and Endovenous Laser Treatment at Superficial Veins of Lower Limbs

目的观察红油膏外用联合激光治疗臁疮的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法将107例臁疮患者随机分为治疗组62例,对照组45例。治疗组采用红油膏外用联合下肢浅静脉腔内激光(EVLT)治疗,对照组采用常规外科换药联合下肢浅静脉腔内激光治疗。两组均以3周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及臁疮疮面愈合情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组为80.0%(P<0.01);疮面愈合程度治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红油膏有煨脓长肉、去腐生肌作用,联合下肢浅静脉腔内激光治疗臁疮有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Hongyou Plaster＂ and endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） in the treatment of ulcus cruris and its mechanisms. Methods：107 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 62 cases were treated by ＂Hongyou Plaster＂ and EVLT at superficial veins of lower limbs and control group in which 45 cases were treated by regular plaster and EVLT at superficial veins of lower limbs, for two courses with a course of three weeks. The clinical efficacy and the wound healing conditions were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 91.9% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group （P〈0.01）; the wound healed better in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ＂Hongyou Plaster＂ acts to remove pus and generate muscles, and has good effects in treating ulcus cruris when combined with EVLT at superficial veins of lower limbs.
