摘要
在室温下,以正丁胺为模板剂,通过简单的化学方法合成了直径约为10nm的CdS纳米颗粒,并研究了光催化剂用量,H2O2用量,试液的pH值,紫外光照时间与甲基橙色率的关系。实验结果表明,在最佳光催化剂用量为0.3g,最佳H2O2用量为0.4mL,最佳pH值为1时,紫外光照仅需30s,太阳光照射也只要1min,脱色率可达99%以上。与前人研究的结果比较,无论是在研究紫外光,还是研究太阳光光催化方面都有了进步。甲基橙脱色率很好,有些用于工业化用途。
CdS nanoparticles (r≈ 10 nm) were synthised by a simple chemical method under room temperature. The photocatalytic oxidation properties were examined by the degeneration of methyl orange. The effect of the amount of catalyst, amount of H2O2 and pH was studied, The result showed that the optimal experimental conditions were: pH=1, VH2O2 =0. 4 mL, mcas=0.3 g. Under these conditions, the decoloring rate of methyl orange was more than 99%in 30 s for ultraviolet light and in 1 min for sunlight, which was greatly improved as compared with the results of other studies on photocatalytic activity for UV light or sunlight. The material could be industrialized.
