摘要
用溶液共混法制备了葡甘聚糖-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇共混膜,并用红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及透光率表征了膜的结构,同时测定了共混膜的力学性能、吸水率、水蒸气透过率。结果表明:共混膜中葡甘聚糖、壳聚糖及聚乙烯醇之间存在着强烈的相互作用和良好的相容性,三者共混明显改善了纯聚合物和二元膜的性能。
Blend films were made by mixing the solutions of konjac glucomannan(KGM), chitosan and polyvinyl aleohol(PVA). The structure of the blend films was characterized by FT IR, XRD, SEM and light transmittance, respectively. Besides, their mechanical properties, water absorption and water vapor permeability were measured. The results showed compatibility between KGM, ehitosan and PVA in the could significantly improve the properties of the films. that there were strong interactions and good blend films.
