摘要
研究了不同碱催化下,6-β-苯甲酰基青霉素二苯甲基亚砜酯的异构化反应。讨论了反应温度、时间、不同的碱催化剂对反应的影响,通过HPLC测定了反应物的转化率,1H NMR和IR表征了产物的结构。结果表明,以1,5-二氮杂二环[4,3,0]壬-5-烯(DBN)为碱催化剂,反应时间为0.5h,反应温度为-5℃时,反应物的转化率最高为64.58%。
lsomerization of 6-β-benzoylamino-penicillin benzhydryl sulfoxide ester catalyzeu by va was studied. The effects of various bases, reaction temperature and reaction time on the isomerization reaction were investigated. The products were characterized by 'H NMR and IR. A high 6-β- benzoylamino-penicillin benzhydryl sulfoxide ester conversion of 64. 58% could be obtained under the optimum conditions.
