摘要
以二苯胺和异辛烯为原料,三氯化铝配合物为催化剂,通过烷基化亲电取代反应合成具有油溶性、耐高温的液态抗氧剂P,p’-二异辛基二苯胺。研究了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。试验结果表明:异辛烯与二苯胺的摩尔比为4,催化荆的质量分数(以二苯胺计)为45%,反应时间6h,反应温度80~85℃,所得产物的收率可达80%。并利用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。
p, p'-Diisooctyl-dianiline, an antioxidant with good oil dissolvability and heat resistance, was synthesized by electrophilic alkylation of di-aniline with isooctene using aluminium tri-chloride as catalyst. The effects of synthesis conditions such as mole ratio of isooctene to di-aniline, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and etc on yield of the produc:t were investigated. The results showed that a yield of 80% was reached when the mole ratio of isooctene to di-aniline was 4, the amount of catalyst was 45% and the reaction was carried out at 80℃ for 6 h. The target product was identified by IR.
