摘要
介绍了TRIZ("解决发明创造问题理论"的俄文简称)理论的主要内容、一般方法及应用情况.基于目前的一种常见的协同设计方法,将TRIZ理论应用于机械产品的协同设计,提出一种基于TRIZ理论的协同设计系统,通过数控机床的设计为例说明该设计过程,指出该系统在机械产品的设计中的可行性.
The contents, method and application situation of TRIZ(TIPS, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) theory are discussed. Based on one common coordination design method, the TRIZ theory can be put into coordination design. A theory of coordination design system based on TRIZ is put forward by taking the numerical control engine bed design as the example to explain the design process, And it is feasible to use the system in mechanic design.
