Applications of the Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxanes(POSS) in the Electroluminescent Materials

摘要 阐述了近几年来含有多面体倍半硅氧烷(POSS)的有机/无机杂化物,如:以POSS为封端的杂化物和以POSS为中心核的星形树枝状杂化物在发光材料方面的研究进展,并且指出这类材料因具有好的热力学性能和光学性能,将在高科技领域具有宽广的应用前景. This article reviews the recent progress in the research of applying the organic-inorganic hybrid materials POSS(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes) into electroluminescent materials. It is pointed out that these materials will be widely used in the field of high technology in the near future due to their excellent thermodynamic and optical properties.
