大力推进节约型建筑 创建生态宜居大连

Energetically Promoting Economized Building,Creating Ecological and Livable Dalian

大连市是一次性能源缺少的城市,面临资源的匮乏与人口压力,要创建生态宜居型城市,必须走节约型发展的道路。文章提出在推进节约型建筑建设中,要树立新的观念,开展成品住宅建设,通过国家环境友好工程的示范作用,推进再生能源与新型能源的作用。

Dalian is a city which is lack of primary energy. Facing resource shortage and population pressure, it is necessary to take the economized development road for creating ecological and livable city. The article addresses that, during the construction of economized building, the new concept shall be built and the construction of finished house shall be developed. The effect of renewable energy and new-type energy shall be promoted through the demonstration function of national environmental protection project.
