摘要
将纳米ZSM-5或CuZSM-5分子筛作为敏感膜,结合石英晶体微天平(QCM)制备了对神经毒剂沙林(GB)敏感的传感器,研究了硅铝摩尔比和铜离子修饰对毒剂检测性能的影响。结果表明,硅铝摩尔比为25的纳米CuZSM-5分子筛对GB响应最好,并可对GB进行连续多次检测,其灵敏度为19.1Hz/(mg·m^-3),检出限达1.1mg·m^-3(S/N=3);线性范围为1.5~20.0mg·m^-3,线性相关系数为0.9958,在毒剂检测中具有较强的应用前景。
A new quartz crystal microbalance (QCM)sensor based on nanoZSM-5 or nanoCuZSM-5 sensitive films for sarin detection was developed. The influences of nanoZSM-5 with different silicon - to -aluminum molar ratios (Si/A1)and copper ion modification on the sarin detection were studied. The results showed that the sensor modified with nanoCuZSM-5 with Si/Al molar ratio of 25 gave the highest response with a sensitivity of 19. 1 Hz/(mg·m^-3) and could be used repeatedly. The linear response range of sarin was 1.5 - 20. 0 mg·m^-3 ( r = 0. 995 8) with a detection limit of 1.1 mg·m^-3(S/N = 3). The sensor may be a promising one in detecting toxic gas.
