摘要
目前纺织厂的空调自控系统已开始引入高科技的DDC微机控制,系统的送风部分采用组合式DDC控制系统,回风部分采用纺织轴流风机从地沟抽吸过滤后回风,DDC空调控制系统中间段设计有喷淋段,冷水通过循环水泵直接打到组合式控制机组,以避免能量的浪费;各个风段均设计压差传感反应器,送风和回风机全部采用变频器控制。对常用纺织厂空调系统的这种自动化整合起到了调节及时、控制准确、节能、高效率的效果。
DDC micro - computer control system has been introducing into air - conditioning control system in textile mill. The air supplying is controlled by use of DDC, the returned air is filtered and back to the wind after the trench suction by a textile axial fan. The DDC middle of the air - conditioning control system is designed with spray with cooled water directly to the modular control Unit through the circulating pump in order to avoid energy waste. All the wind sections are designed with reactor pressure sensors and air supply and returned air fans are controlled by inverters. This automatic air - conditioning system integration has played a timely and accurate control as well as energy conservation with high efficiency.
