介绍了制作内衣、T恤等服装的18.3 tex 40/60羊驼绒毛/竹浆纤维混纺针织用纱的生产工艺及技术措施。为提高原料可纺性,减少后工序静电现象,纺前作预处理,采取两步混合法来确保混纺比例。开清棉工序采用多松且柔和开松、多梳轻打、少落,梳棉工序做到"四快一准"紧隔距、强梳理、大速比,并粗工序合理分配牵伸,罗拉隔距偏大选择。通过降低各工序速度、加强纺纱元件动态管理、优选工艺部件、相对湿度稳定且偏大掌握等来提高针织纱质量,使产品视觉、风格和品质达到要求。

Processing technology and technical measures in producing underwear and T - shirt made of 40/60 18.3 tex alpaca wool/bamboo are introduced. Pre - treatment was done to raise the spinnability and minimize the static dectricity in the after processes and two - step mix was adopted to guarantee the blending ratio. In opening and scutching process was used multi soft opening, in carding processes tight gauge, strong carding and big speed ratio were introduced, and rational distribution of roving drafting and large roller gauge were chosen in roving and drawing process. Measures to reduce the speed of processes, strengthen dynamic management of spinning components, optimize processing components and stabilize relative humidity were adopted to improve the yarn quality to meet vision, style and yarn quality requirements demanded by the customers.
