In this paper is introduced the development course of fine rex pure cotton jacquard voile of S and Z twist. This product features that the weft and warp yarn show strong S and Z twist as arranged in the way of 2 S twist as 2 Z twist, which is difficult to be woven on air jet loom due to the use of electronic multi shedding, fine tex and strong twist yarn and multi - healed frames. Practical measures to overcome the weaving difficulties are detailed in this paper.
