摘要
为深入研究快速点磨削机制及工艺,根据点磨削砂轮与工件的干涉原理和几何学特征,建立在点磨削时砂轮周边与工件的接触区域的理论模型,对砂轮和工件的接触区域面积进行理论分析计算。在己建立快速点磨削接触区的理论模型基础上,推证点磨削变量角度和磨削深度对砂轮周边理论接触面积的影响及计算公式。结合实例计算,对点磨削与常规磨削周边接触区域面积与形态做了对比分析,为深入研究点磨削材料去除机制提供了理论基础。
This paper makes the theoretic calculation of contact area between grinding wheel and workpiece, by setting up theoretic model of the contact area in quick- point grinding according to interference principle and geometric characteristics, which deepens the research of quick-point grinding mechanism and its process. Then the influence of variable angle and grinding depth on the theoretic contact area of grinding wheel is discussed, the relative formula is also given. Example is taken for respective analysis of contact area and status in quick- point grinding and conventional grinding, which provides some theory basic for deeper research of material removal mechanism in quick-point grinding.
