基于虚拟仪器的电缆材料杂质检测的研究

摘要 根据电缆材料杂质检测现状,提出了基于虚拟仪器的检测方案。运用TCD132D芯片,建立了杂质检测系统。通过虚拟示波器DSO2902对系统采集的数据进行分析和处理,从而有效地识别杂质颗粒的存在与否并能够准确地计算存在杂质颗粒的尺寸、位置等。结果表明,该系统能够准确地测出XLPE电缆料杂质颗粒的横向与纵向尺寸,并能够确定该杂质颗粒所处的准确位置与杂质颗粒的个数等特性,其分辨力可达到20μm,误差小于10%,杂质的检出率达100%。 An inspection program based on virtual instrument was presented according to the present situation of impurity inspection for cable compounds. An impurity testing system was set up using the TCD132D chip. The data acquired using the virtual oscilloscope DSO2902 were analyzed and processed to determine the presence or size and dis- tribution of the impurity particles. The result showed that by using this system,the size of impurity particles in XLPE cable insulation can be accurately measured and the distribution and amount of the impurity particles accurately deter- mined. The resolution of this method can reach 20 μm,the error is less than 10% and the detectable rate is practically 100%.
