摘要
本法采用深亚铜试剂作为络合剂,与铜(I)形成络合阳离子后,用四苯硼阴离子缔合沉淀之。将络离子缔合物吸滤在滤纸上,后者直接置于721型分光光度计中,用双波长吸光度差值法定量。操作简单、快速,选择性好,灵敏度高;对于0.2μg的铜变动系数为1.5%,以取样体积为5ml计,最小检出浓度有3×10^(-9)g/ml。
The copper (I) was precipitated with the ionpair formed by the copper (I) bathocoproinecomplex and the anionic tetraphenylboron. The complex precipitation was then deposited on asmall piece of paper through a filter pipette. followed by the determination of a fleck at 484nmand 700 nm with Spectrophotometer model 721. The calibration curve is linear in the range of0 to 0.7μg/5ml for copper. the precision varies for 0.2μg Cu was 1.5% and the detection limitsof present method are 3×10^(-9)g/ml.
