电针次髎和会阳穴结合感应电治疗前列腺增生尿潴留疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Electroacupuncture at Ciliao and Huiyang Acupoints and Faradization for Urinary Retention due to Prostate Hyperplasia

目的观察电针次髎、会阳穴配合感应电治疗前列腺增生尿潴留的临床疗效。方法35例前列腺增生尿潴留患者用电针次髎、会阳穴配合感应电治疗,观察患者的残余尿量、尿潴留次数、临床疗效及一年随访复发情况。结果电针配合感应电治疗前列腺增生尿潴留有效率为82.8%;尿潴留次数越少,效果越好;复发率低。结论本法治疗前列腺增生尿潴留有较确切的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Ciliao （BL 32） and Huiyang （BL 53） and faradization for urinary retention due to prostate hyperplasia. Methods Thirty-five subjects were treated by electroacupuncture at Ciliao （BL 32） and Huiyang（BL 53） and faradization. The amount and frequency of retaining urine, clinical efficacy and one-year relapse were observed. Results The total effective rate was 82.8%; the lower frequency of urinary retention, the better effects; the relapse rate was low. Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for urinary retention due to prostate hyperplasia.
