不同血糖水平人群C反应蛋白与颈动脉硬化的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同血糖水平人群C反应蛋白(CRP)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CAIMT)的变化及其相互关系。方法对108例糖耐量低减患者前瞻性追踪观察3年,根据其血糖转归重新分组,分糖耐量正常(NGT)组、糖耐量低减(IGT)组、2型糖尿病(T2DM)组,检测各组血清CRP及CAIMT,并分析比较。结果NGT组、IGT组、T2DM组CRP水平逐渐升高;IGT组及T2DM组CAIMT均较NGT组显著升高(P<0.05);CRP与空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h-PBG)及CAIMT显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论糖代谢异常人群CRP显著升高,CAIMT显著增厚,且CRP与血糖、CAIMT密切相关,提示炎症对2型糖尿病及大血管并发症的发生发展起着重要作用,为糖尿病及其大血管并发症的防治提出新思路。
