摘要
高速铣削加工的成功实施需要数控机床、CAD/CAM软件等软硬件及编程员专业素质的互相配合。编程员使用CAD/CAM软件编程时,要根据高速铣削的高速切削、快速进给、薄切层等特点确定各项参数。文章主要讨论用MASTERCAM9.1编程进行曲面高速铣削加工时,确定加工参数表中加工方式、刀具参数、加工参数等重要参数的方法。
The implementation of high -speed milling process needs mutual coordination of numerical -controlled machine tool and CAD/CAM software, as well as programmer's specialized quality. When programmer is using the CAD/CAM software programs, he must act according to high -speed cutting, fast feeding, thinly cutting characteristics, determine each parameter on the processing parameter list. In this article, methods to determine the processing way in parameter list, cutting tool parameter, processing parameter, etc. when using MASTERCAM 9.1 programming on the high - speed surface milling process are discussed.
