虚拟数控机床的精确建模与加工仿真研究

Research on precise modeling and machining simulation of virtual NC machine tool

虚拟环境下数控机床的精确建模与虚拟加工是虚拟制造的重要研究内容。研究基于SolidWorks,通过虚拟现实建模语言VRML,实现虚拟现实的数控机床精确建模与加工动态仿真的方法。

Precise modeling and virtual machining technology of virtual NC machine tool under virtual environment are very important contents in virtual manufacturing research field. On the basis of Solid Works and virtual reality modeling language （ VRML）, methods to realize the precise modeling of NC machine tool and machining simulation are studied in this paper.
