通过对闸式剪板机刃口间隙调整时刀架实际运动情况的分析,图解计算了刃口间隙,并以此为依据,研究了检测刃口间隙的凸轮方程,结果证明,凸轮能准确检测实际的刃口间隙。

The guillotine shears＇ upper ram actual running conditions are analyzed while the blade clearance being adjusted, and the blade clearance graphical calculation is then put forward. Based on the above statements, the cam equation of blade clearance examination is analyzed. The conclusion proves that the cam can examine practical blade clearance accurately.
