摘要
通过分析认识国内企业员工激励机制的现状,从探讨员工心理特征类型的角度去分析目前的企业激励机制存在的问题;以提高员工满意度为指导原则,进行员工管理激励模式的重新构建。
By analyzing the existing condition of employees in domestic enterprises, nowadays the problem in encourage modes can be analyzed from discussing the psychology character of employees; aiming that at raising employees satisfaction, the management mechanism for employees is then constructed.
