高应变率下橡胶的时温等效关系及力学形态 被引量:6

摘要 以氯丁橡胶(CR)在不同温度(-20℃~50℃),不同应变率(5×10-3/s^3000/s)条件下的应力应变曲线及拟合结果为依据,研究了橡胶在高应变率下粘弹性力学行为的时温等效性,得到了类似WLF方程的移位因子αT公式和归一化应力应变主曲线。并对CR橡胶在不同实验环境中的力学状态进行了分析,高应变率下CR橡胶的玻璃化转变温度接近-21℃,说明高应变率下,CR橡胶的玻璃化温度比《橡胶工业手册》查得的玻璃化温度(-45℃)高。 The Stress-strain curves and constitutive equation of CR rubber, at various strain rates (5×10^-3/s~3000/s) and various temperatures ( -20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ ) have been researched in our previous work. According to our previous research, mechanical behavior of rubber can be affected by strain rates and temperatures equivalently. In this paper, we focus on the relations of the equivalence of CR at high strain rates and analyze the mechanical states of CR under different experimental conditions. The shifting factor ^αT and the normalized master stress-strain curve reflecting the time-temperature equivalence were obtained. And it is found that glass transition temperature( - 21 ℃ ) at high strain rates is higher than one( - 45 ℃ ) supplied by Rubber Industry Manual.
