无机微颗粒絮凝剂NFAC的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了FeCl3溶胶制备方法、由FeCl3溶胶和AlCl3溶液制备絮凝剂NFAC的方法及所得NFAC的物化特性。以加量5 mg/L的絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液浊度的去除率为评价指标筛选FeCl3与ACl3的反应条件,结果如下:AlCl3、FeCl3摩尔比5∶1,反应体系pH值2.0,反应温度25℃,反应时间30 min。用所筛选的工艺条件制备的NFAC处理胜利油田桩西联合站浊度130.47 NTU、含油24.13 mg/L的采油污水,加量20 mg/L,浊度和含油去除率分别为78.19%和81.02%,在相同条件下工业聚合氯化铝的浊度和含油去除率分别为49.11%和57.14%。 The preparation of FeCl3 sol and of flocculant NFAC by reaction of FeCl3 sol and AlCl3 solution and the physicochemical characterlstics of NFAC are presented. With percentage mrbidlty removal by FeCl3/AlCl3 reaction products determined in an aqueous kaolinite suspension and taken as criterion, the FeCl3/AlCl3 reaction conditions are investigated and optimized and following parameters are chosen: AlCl3 to FeCl3 molar ratio 5 : 1, pH value of reaction mixture 2.0, reaction temperature 2512, and reaction time 30 rain. Treating the produced water from Zhuangxi oil field, Shengli of turbidity 130.47 NTU and of oil content 24.13 mg/L by using flocculant NFAC at dosage 20 mg/L results in a percentage removal of turbidity 78.19% and of oil substances 81.02% in cernparison with 49.11% and 57.14% in the case of using a commercial polyaluminum chloride under similar conditions.
