摘要
应用大鼠原位肝脏隔离灌注技术行不同剂量5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)肝脏灌注,观察肝脏的病理形态学变化。结果表明,正常肝组织可耐受≤250mg/kg的5-Fu灌注,剂量为150mg/kg时肝脏超微结构为可逆性改变,此种变化与灌注液无5-Fu组、全肝血流阻断组无明显不同。证明在可允许的剂量范围内行隔离灌注5-Fu并不加重肝组织的缺血再灌注损伤。
Isolated liver perfusion (ILP) in situ in rats using different doses of 5-Fu was performed to observe the pathological changes of the liver. The results showed that normal hepatic tissue could tolerate regional perfusion with not more than 250mg/kg of 5-Fu. The hepatic ultrastructures developed reversible changes in ILP with 150mg/kg of 5-Fu, which had no significant difference as compared with those of ILP without 5-Fu and total hepatic vascular blockage. From the above it can be seen that ILP within 5-Fu of the maximally tolerance is not likely to deteriorate ischemia-reperfusion injuries of hepatic tissues.
