摘要
MPEG which was actived by CDI and Octyl group was introduced into the amino group of chitosan;amphiphilic N-octyl-chitosan-MPEG was synthesized.It’s a simple method of preparation amphiphilic chitosan derivative.FTIR and 1H NMR were used to characterize the copolymer.
