摘要
分别采用QPCJ铝热焊剂、THERMIT铝热焊剂以及国产铝热焊剂在U75V钢轨母材上制备了三种焊接接头,分析研究了接头的合金成分、拉伸和冲击性能。结果表明,三种焊接接头的拉伸性能均符合TB/T1632-2005的要求。国产焊接接头的w(S)、w(P)较高,焊接接头易发生疲劳断裂,并且造成冲击性能偏低。因此应进一步优化设计铝热焊剂。
Abstract:The welded joint are prepared by QPCJ,THERMIT and civil thermit welding flux.The chemical composition,tensile toughness,impact toughness are investigated.The results show that the welded joints are comply to the TB/T 2344-2003 and TB/ T1632-2005 ,but the S and P composition are a little higher than others of the golden fountain welded joint.It can make earlier fatigue fracture.The golden fountain solder should be optimized design.
