摘要
通过对松下晶闸管模式氩弧焊机的主控线路板(以模拟线路为主)进行了单片机的数字化改进,同时分析和改进了原有的电流反馈、引弧判断线路。提高了焊机的性能,降低了生产成本,使焊机控制线路更加简便和科学,电流检测信号更加可靠、完善。
By analyzing and improving the feedback of current and starting arc judgement of WSE welding machine,the quality of welding machine is improved ,the cost is reduced,control circuit is more simpler and scientific,and the detect signal is to be more rehable.
