摘要
目的探讨Glubran 2在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)栓塞治疗中的初步临床应用。方法应用Glubran 2对25例DSA确诊的脑AVM进行栓塞治疗。AVM直径在3～8cm,其中直径>6cm的大型AVM3例。选用Ultraflow或Marathon微导管,每支供血动脉的注胶时间10～20sec。结果栓塞结束时复查血管造影,畸形血管团闭塞30%～50%3例,50%～80%2例,80%～90%10例,>90%10例。全部患者随访2～12个月无再出血。结论Glubran 2弥散均匀,热稳定性好,聚合速度可控制,娴熟掌握注胶技巧和控制返流能够提高脑AVM的栓塞疗效。
Objective To investigate the preliminary experience of embolization with Glubran 2 glue in cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Methods 25 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations were embolized with Glubran 2 glue. The diameter of the nidus was 3-8cm and more than 6cm in 3 cases. The microcatheter is Ultraflow or Marathon. The average injection time was 10-20 seconds. Resuits More than 90% nidus were occluded in 10 cases.80%～90% in 10 caes.50% ～80% in 2 cases and 30%～50% in 3 caes. Follow up for 2-12 months, no intracranial hemorrhage was oberved. Conclusion Glubran 2 glue has a lower thermal polymerization temperature and more stable than other available cyanoacrylate preparations, the emboliaing effect of cerebral arterlovenous malformations by a long-time injection and a backilow control ingtechnique.
