非偏心伞介入治疗无残端膜部瘤型室间隔缺损20例研究

Interventional therapy of non-stump membranous part ventricular septal defect (VSD) using non-decenter occluder (a report of 20 cases)

目的探讨使用非偏心伞介入治疗无残端膜部瘤型室间隔缺损的疗效。方法对20例无残端膜部瘤型室内隔缺损患者经导管置入非偏心室缺封堵器,于封堵后行左室造影检查,并于术后立即、3d、1个月彩色多普勒超声检查有无残余分流及主动脉瓣反流。心电图检查有无房室传导阻滞。结果20例患者封堵治疗成功,术后3d、1个月心电图正常,彩色多普勒超声检查无残余分流。结论非偏心伞介入治疗无残端膜部瘤型室间隔缺损的方法是安全有效的。

Objective To evaluate the treatment efficiency of interventional therapy of non-stump membranous part VSD using non-deeenter occluder. Methods 20 patients with VSD undrwent attempted transcatheter closure of a VSD using non-decenter oceluder device. A 7F or 8F long sheath was used for delivery of the device. The left ventrieular graphies（LVG） were performed to evaluate the closure results immediately after the procedure. Echocardio graphies and ECG were performed 3 day, 1 month after the closure to find whether there was residualshunt and rccanalization and atrial ventricular block. Results The technical success rate of the group was 100% .LVG showed that 20patients had complete closure immediately. No atrial ventricular block was found by ECG in 3 day, 1 month after the closure. No residual shunt and VSD recanlization were found in 3 day, 1 month after the procedure：Conclusion Interventional therapy of non-stump membranous part VSD using non-decenter occluder is safe and effective.
