静脉复合在治疗外阴白色病变中的麻醉评价

Evaluation to intravenous combining anesthesia during treating leukoplakic vulvitis with focus ultrosound

目的探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼、咪唑安定配合局麻在聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变中的临床疗效。方法选取临床患者100例,随机分为两组即局麻组(A组)和丙泊酚复合芬太尼、咪唑安定配合局麻组(B组),每组50例。观察两组麻醉镇痛效果,生命体征变化及不良反应。结果A组镇痛效果明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.497;P<0.005)。生命体征无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合芬太尼、咪唑安定配合局麻用于聚集超声治疗外阴白色病变是一种安全、镇痛完善,值得推广的麻醉方法。

Objective To probe the clinical effect of combining use popofal, phentaly and midazolam with local anesthesia during treating leukoplakie vulvitis. Methods 100 eases were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in group A received local iafiltration anesthesia ; Patients in group Breeeived combining using phentanyl, midazolam, propofal with local anesthesia, analgesic effect, life signs and side effect were observed. Results Analgesic effect in group A is less than that in group B.There is statistic significance（ X^2 = 65.497, P 〈 0.005）life sign in both groups, there is no statistic significant change, （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Combining use popofal, phentaly and midazolam with local anesthesia during treating leukoplakie vulvitis is a effective and available method.
