关键步骤教学法在护理实践教学中的运用

摘要 目的探讨关键步骤应用于护理实践教学中的教学法,以提高学生的动手能力、应变能力和创新能力。方法以我校同一层次同一专业,水平相当的2004级高职护理1~6班的学生作为研究对象,随机抽取1、4、5班(156人)为对照组,2、3、6(164人)班为实验组。结果采用关键步骤教学及格率高于传统教学法。结论护理实践教学中实施关键步骤教学法培养了学生的创新能力,提高了学生的动手能力及应变能力。 Objective The discussion essential step applies in the nursing practice teaching the teaching method, enhances the student to begin ability, strain capacity and innovation ability. Methods By my school identical level identical specialty, the level suitable 2004 levels of qualities nurse 1 - 6 class of student to take the object of study, the draw an item at random 1,4,5 classes( 156 people) are the control groups, 2,3,6 ( 164 people)the class is an experimental group, Results Uses the essential step teaching to pass an examination rate is higher than the traditional teaching method. Conclusion In the nursing practice teaching implemented the essential step teaching method to raise student's innovation ability,enhanced the student to begin ability and strain capacity.
