关键步骤教学法在护理实践教学中的运用

目的探讨关键步骤应用于护理实践教学中的教学法,以提高学生的动手能力、应变能力和创新能力。方法以我校同一层次同一专业,水平相当的2004级高职护理1～6班的学生作为研究对象,随机抽取1、4、5班(156人)为对照组,2、3、6(164人)班为实验组。结果采用关键步骤教学及格率高于传统教学法。结论护理实践教学中实施关键步骤教学法培养了学生的创新能力,提高了学生的动手能力及应变能力。
