中老年女性尿道综合征与特发性便秘的关系

ELDERLY FEMALE URETHRAL SYNDROME AND IDIOPATHIC CONSTIPATION

分析37例伴有特发性便秘的中老年女性尿道综合征患者影像学检查及系统治疗的资料，显示66．7％的患者膀胱后尿道解剖位置有异常改变，恢复其正常解剖位置后，尿路症状得到明显改善，提示特发性便秘对中老年女性尿道综合征患者尿路症状有较大的影响．笔者认为，在诊治中老年女性尿道综合征时，应了解患者的排便状况，确定有针对性的治疗方法，并注意心理和行为治疗。

In a prospective study, 37 elderly female patients with urethral syndrome (US) and idiopathic constipation (IC) Were assessed through radiological examinations. The results suggested that66. 7 per cent of the cases had various anatomical abnormalities including anterosuperiorly displacedbladder. the bladder mural irregularity, and the elongation and anterior displacement of the urethra,etc. After successful regulation of bowel habits and the recovery of normal anatomy of diadder andurtghral significant improvement in urethral symptom was reported. It suggests that IC may be anetiological factor of urethral symptom in patients with US. It is conclude that doctors should try to makeout their bowel habits in diagnosis and treatment, and an effective regulation of patients bowel habitsmay result in the improvement of urethral symptom in elderly US patients with IC.
