介绍了一种可用在通用万能铣床上进行齿轮展成法加工的自动滚齿装置。该装置控制系统以AT89C55单片机为控制核心,利用光电编码器采集转速信息,由单片机控制步进电机驱动工件与刀具比例同步运转,从而实现了万能铣床上的自动滚齿加工。

The paper introduces a kind of automatic cutting equipment which can use generating method to process gears on the universal miller. The control system of the equipment uses the single-chip as the central controlling unit, and collects the information of the rotate speed with photoelectric encoders. It drives the work - piece with the step - motor, and keeps the work - piece and the hob making synchronization movement through the controller. So it realizes automatic cutting on the universal miller.
