摘要 针对重大技术装备制造中存在的主要问题,分析了这类产品的加工特点,通过大型轧机机架的结构工艺性分析,详细制定了加工方案并进行了方案优化设计,着重解决了重型零件的起吊、装卡、数控加工与产品运输等关键技术难题,取得了首次制造一次成功的效果。 The main question exists which in view of the significant technical equip manufacture in, has analyzed this kind of product processing characteristic, through the rolling mill rack structure technology capability analysis; has formulated the processing plan in detail and has carried on the plan optimization design; has solved the heavy components hoisting up, the attire card, the numerical control processing and the product transportation emphatically and so on the key technologies difficult problems, obtained has made a time successful effect for the first time.
