摘要
用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定了蒺藜(全草、果实、根)中多糖的含量。测定波长490nm,多糖换算因子f=3.01;在10~100μg/ml范围内吸收度与被测物含量具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995;多糖的平均回收率为98.90%,RSD=2.23%(n=5)。测定结果表明,10月份的全草中多糖含量最高;炮制后的果实多糖含量明显较低。
The contents of polysaccharide in Tribulus terrestris L., including whole plant, fruit and root were measured by phenol H 2SO 4 colorimetry. Wavelength for measurement was 490 nm and converting factor of polysaccharide was 3.01; Good linearity ranged from 10 ̄100 μg/ml, r =0.9995; Average recovery rate of polysaccharide was 98.90% with 2.23% of RSD (n =5). The results showed the highest content of polysaccharide was in the whole plant collected in Oct.; The content of polysaccharide in the processed fruit was obviously lower.
