摘要
环路热管技术是目前航天器热控制领域内最前沿的热控技术,而双储液器环路热管更是凭借其正常工作不受蒸发器和储液器方位限制成为航空和民用领域的研究热点.分析了环路热管及双储液器环路热管的地面实验研究现状;对可视化实验研究成果进行了总结分析;针对目前关于环路热管在某些方面的传热机理和运行特性的研究还不够深入,提出在稳态、动态、主动控温等方面还需进行大量的可视化实验研究,对一些既往的理论和猜测还有待可视化的验证.
Loop heat pipe (LHP) is the most advanced heat-transfer device in the spacecraft thermal-control field, and dual compensation chamber LHP (DCC-LHP) has become hot spot in the aero and ground applications since it can work without the limit of the orientation between the evaporator and compensation chamber. In this paper, the state-of-the art investigation on ground-experiments of LHP and DCC-LHP had been analyzed; the visualized experiments' results had been summarized; due to the investigative deficiencies in some aspects of the heat-transfer mechanism and circulating behaviors in LHP, more visualized experiments should be carried out for the steady-state, transient performance and active thermal-control characteristics, and the visualized validation should be made to previous theories and assumptions.
